Thanks for the mention, David. I couldn't agree more with your post. Surveying the entire online space is vital to keep abreast of developments in technology, social attitudes, everything. If nothing else, the internet is helping remove the fences that have traditionally been in place.

To paraphrase David Weinberger, knowledge is now miscellaneous and we can pull it together how we want. This has huge implications for heightening creativity where the two most unlikely of ideas can come together to create something utterly undreamt of previously!
