David. Loved the way you adapted to the space, time and user. Any chance of posting your thoughts on a comparison between this and online work? What do you see as the benefits that can't be replicated online, for example?

Thanks Carl. One issue I mentioned in an earlier post is the very small number of people really confident and capable of interacting and collaborating online (as distinct from normal email and web browsing). Most people can work together face-to-face fairly quickly with a sensitive facilitator ... but it takes a lot of time and effort to bring a mixed-capability group to some common level online. On the other hand, once a group is confident, capable and trusting online they now have a wide range of tools available for collaboration. I think we will increasingly need to mix our media.
