Thanks David. One thing to point out in answer to his questions about community networks and ICTs not really changing anything...the evening session he wrote about was of course based in London and was of course face to face. We still like to meet and interact like that, and yes the net's content isn't digitally retrievable easily and anyway who bothers? BUT its much better if you live in London where old digi-mates can get together - not so easy for us provincial dwellers.

And here we are involved very locally with re-scoping how a public space looks and is used - and we'll use ICT to promote the project and visualise ideas, face to face to get ideas feedback and ownership, and some of the old managerial skills to deal with the bureaucrats (primarily asking the right questions to which we already know the answers - [some times off-web]!)
