I've created a category for tools, and taken the slight liberty of reposting Miranda Mowbray's comment (below).
Anyone tried Bloki that aims to be a mix of blog and wiki?

Andy asks for some low-cost and usable tools. Here are some to start with:
- Blogs
- Wikis, the best is TWiki.org
- FaxYourMP.com, a UK eDemocracy tool that works
- http://www.meetup.com
And here's something that as far as I know doesn't yet exist, but ought to. There's a company who have software with a very, very easy interface for producing a basic web page, so that the web page is guaranteed to conform to the W3I Accessibility guidelines. Great idea: but it ought to be Open Source. Anyone care to set up a project to programme an Open Source version?
I have post a message for you, the question is: do you know, if there exists or if it could be developed, sommething like this: a OSS that incorporates moodle+wiki+blog (for educational proposes, for example)?
